A high-waisted handwoven cotton skirt with a diagonal brass-ring hem, falling into tiers of raffia fringe that trail to the floor. The Aba Skirt is fitted and clean above, wild below. A high waist and a smooth handwoven cotton body in deep mustard yellow hold the line down the hip, until the hem cuts away on a diagonal, outlined in brass rings. From that edge, tiers of raffia fringe fall and layer, gathering volume as they descend. Wear it with the Tobi Bralette as a set, or with something plain. Handcrafted in Nigeria by Kíléntár’s artisans. WEIGHT: The brass ring hardware and layered raffia make this skirt heavier than it looks. STRUCTURE: The waist is fitted and does not stretch. If you are between sizes, size up. FABRIC CARE: Dry clean recommended. Do not iron directly over the raffia or brass; steam the fringe gently if needed. Keep brass away from moisture and perfume.
